One day I found my first heart-shaped rock.

I remember distinctly I was walking on the beach and it was such a beautiful morning that I didn’t want to turn around and head back.

So… I got this crazy idea in my head that I should walk until I found a heart shaped rock and that would be my signal to turn around.  (secretly believing that was an impossible ask)

And suddenly, there it was… it was perfectly imperfect—undeniably shaped like a real heart, as if it’s been bumped around a bit and loved into shape by the ocean.

It was such an inspiring moment that it has become a ritual for me now whenever I walk on the beach.

And so my heart shaped rock collection was born.

When I walk these little heart shaped rocks seem to call me  – it is definitely sharpening my Reticular Activating System (R.A.S).

But, what’s more – each one comes with its own inspirational story.

I call them my Rose Hearts and they help me open up to the divine inspiration that is always there for us if we are open to receive it.

They help me in my coaching and many of my friends have received messages from me from the beach.

I call the inspirations I get my downloads… and I am always open to receiving them.

I also make my own inspiration cards and give them away as gifts.

Who knows why my little rock hearts and my downloads from the beach cause me to feel in awe and connected to a powerful source of energy.

But, they certainly give me a sense of clarity about things, and many times  inspire me with new possibilities.

Beach walking gives me such feelings of gratitude and appreciation,  it lifts my mood, and provides me with purpose and creative thought.

Some days they make the impossible seem possible …
